I was given directions to get the car, and told where the keys would be located. i was informed that the car would be blocked by another car, and to move it. The problem is there was no keys left for the car i needed to move. I called and texted Stephen numerous times and never heard back.

Very happy with our rental! We had a 3 x day photoshoot and booked the van for all 3 days. Mari was very attentive and helpful. When we had issues getting the car started (due to cold weather and our driver not letting the engine warm up properly) Mari was quick to help and went out of her way to help fix the problem. Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience. The classic 1971 Cadillac Eldorado started overheating after 25 miles. We were told that the car was operable and drivable. That we would receive 100 miles. Well, the car started smoking uncontrollably as if a gasket blew. There was black smoke coming through the vents and all outside the car. Fortunately, I didn't lose my life on the freeway. I wound up having to wait for AAA in the scorching heat for 3 hrs to tow it to an event which we practically missed. Then I had to use another service call of mine to tow the car back! To make matters worse, I had to pay FULL price when I was told I'd be contacted to work something out.

Shortly after our booking he reached out directly by phone to introduce himself and answer any questions we had about our the car. All the arrangements were a breeze and owner was responsive throughout our time leading up to and during our time with the vehicle. He took his time to walk us through all the ins and outs of driving and caring for this very well maintained 60 year old vehicle, but was never fussy or overbearing. Last minute booking as the other car we booked broke down a few days before. On both occasions it was easy to use and got results.

Unfortunately the Bentley that we booked wasn't available, but John had another Bentley available for the prom. Smaller but suitable. John told us that other people paid him extra to the advertised price, we felt that paying £495 was ample. John sent us a screen shot showing that he only got paid £360 for the booking. We found this confusing as our booking included a booking fee. So it seemed wrong that he didn't get paid more of the price we paid.

I booked Guy's series 3 for my wedding getaway vehicle. Hi! Regarding this car rental (we actually had rented two cars) - Emerson was really nice and the cars were lots of fun. However, I do want to point out a few things: 1)The cars arrived over 30 minutes late for the initial pick-up. The graduating girls arrived late to their cocktail as a result. They missed half of it. 2) My car (the white/cream one) had a completely battered up convertible roof, which did not look so great when the car was closed due to the rain. 3) I was under the impression that I had booked my car on your site to include a bottle of champagne. In the end there was none and I had to provide my own. Emerson was very good about confirming and communicating along the way. Other than these above glitches. The late arrival really was the main issue.

We had a unique experience with the Cali Blue Bus. The communication prior to our event was very professional. They arrived on time as scheduled but the bus was having mechanical issues when it was time to depart. Then once it was up and running, a separate mechanical issue appeared that made it unsafe to drive. Elyse was able to offer an alternative option but I think both parties would say that the whole situation was not ideal. The bus itself from a "decoration" perspective was exactly as described.

To begin with the car: A beautiful, well kept SL500 that looked right at home for a summer garden wedding at Kew Gardens. Alla and her Father were amazing! She communicated very well before our wedding on where to meet exactly and what kind of photos she would be taking along with our photographer. She suggested a champagne for us when we didn't really have a preference and it was a great choice! She even took polaroid photos on the side and gave them to us! it was a great addition that she does and we hang them on our fridge now. As weddings happen, things run late, stuff doesn't happen to schedule, and Alla and her father were very accommodating. They did not hold us hard to the time limit that we had agreed upon. Of course we were not going to take advantage of them and go for a very long time, but Alla made sure that our day was special and that we got all the photos we wanted and we thank her for that. As for the car, I mean look at it, its beautiful. We took great photos with it and it was a smooth ride from the church to the venue where we took more photos.

Simon was absolutely amazing 💕 He arrived in plenty of time (I called him with some last minute adjustments and nothing was a problem to him) He made our wedding 💒 very special. What a character! 😂 The bike looked amazing with ribbon on the side car (BMW R71) and a just married sign on the back after we were wed. He even brought out some fizzy and two plastic wine glasses after we were just married! He thought of everything! We would highly recommend him and his bike(BMW R71) with the side car. On our journey to the Registry office we got lots of honks from other people in their vehicles and also to the venue. Lots of waves from people walking etc. Simon also was dressed the part with goggles and he even brought along a lid for my husband! We had such a laugh 😂 and he made our wedding day so special. We both ride motorcycles and this was awesome. Thank you Simon for an amazing day! We really hope you get some more business out of this as you deserve it. He went above and beyond!!! Excellent service!!! Excellent chauffeur and highly recommended! Full of enthusiasm and Simon played the part to perfection. Amazing cannot recommend him and his bike enough!!!!
